HOW TO TREAT A SNAKEBITE AT HOME

1. Note the Snake's Appearance

First you must try to identify the snake, in-case of you describing it to the Doctor or Emergency Staff, if the case may persist or go beyond your control. Be ready to describe the snake when arise.

2. Take the Person to some where Save

Protect the person or yourself from the environment the snake bite happened. (Use Fire extinguisher to make the Snake leaves the paticular place.)

Now, Follow this steps to Treat the Bite:
  •  Lie the person down if the bite occur below the heart i.e heart region below to the leg, the patient is suppose to lie down.
  • Keep the person calm and at rest, remaining as still as possible to keep venom from spreading.
  • Cover the wound with loose, sterile bandage.
  • Remove any jewelry from the area that was bitten.
  • Remove shoes if the leg or foot was bitten.

3. Tie the part to which may link to the heart region of the victim.

That is, if the bite occurs at the leg, make sure to tie the upper part of the leg which may allow the flow of blood to the heart or brain region. 

    3. Cut slighty the affected part with a clean razor blade (shape).

    Now, this the most dangerous section of this treatment - home treatment practices. Make sure to cut the victim wisely so as not to cause more harm than good even after the snakebite pain has greatly sub-side.

    4. Use your Mouth to SUCK-OUT the Venom of the Victims infected part (MOST CAREFUL).

    This venom is poisonous and its the reason for the pain and stiffness of the blood vessels and tissues. So do swallow the Sucked venom as it can probably kill.
    Do it wisely.
    Look at the blood coming out, if it is Dark, consider it to be containing a high concentration of the snake venom.

    5. Clean and Bandage the cut part nicely with cotton-wool.

    When you observe the blood to be normal in terms of it color, just go ahead to cleaning and applying bandage on the cut (even if the pain persist).

    6. Subject the Place of Bike to a Cold Temperature.

    You should have cold water by your side, so that after the above process, you can put the patient affected part into the cold water.
